Fuel grown up to 28% in Russian airports in the third quarter of 2009 – monitoring of price by the Committee on Transport and Transit Policy
To ensure a competitive environment in the airports and thereby to reduce the price of aviation fuel the CTTP supports a project of construction a new refilling company Rosneft in the airport "Pulkovo" 
The research of parking facilities at the airports in St.Petersburg, Moscow and Europe was conducted by the Committee on Transport and Transit Policy
The entire parking complex of two terminals of the "Pulkovo" airport is designed to host 1 700 cars. It is planned that by 2013 it will be significantly upgraded and expanded to 7200 spaces.

At the CTTP’s website a new column the ‘Administrative regulations’ has been dedicated to the projects of administrative regulations for a public discussion
According to City Administration statement ¹953 dated 24 August, the project should be posted at the official website of the executive body of the state power in Saint Petersburg. 
The Transport Council invites to discuss draft legislation 'About the state regulation concerning cargo transportation' and 'About amendments in separate laws of the Russian Federation'
The projects were submitted by the Russian auto-transport union. All interested can send their remarks and suggestions until August 20, 2009. |
