Bakirey Alexey Sergeevich
Has been working in the Committee since December 2005.
Was born on the 20th of December 1980.
Education:
In 2002 graduated from the North-West Academy of Public Administration with a specialty “State and municipal administration”.
In 2004 finished graduate studies at the North-West Academy of Public Administration; was awarded a qualification of Ph.D. in Political Science.
In 2007 went through retraining at St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance within the presidential program of mangers preparation in the field of “Finance and credit (financial management)”.
In 2009 graduated from the North-West Academy of Public Administration with a specialty “Jurisprudence”.
Professional activity:
Worked in the Leningrad Committee of State Property Management, apparatus of plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation president in the North-East Federal Region, in administration of the St. Petersburg governor.
Has been working in the Committee on Transport and Transit Policy since 2005; from May 2006 till December 2010 had been working as a deputy chairman of the Committee.
On the 20th of December 2010 has been appointed to be the Head of the Committee on Transport and Transit Policy.
Is married, is raising a son. |
