Two-level railway interchanges will be built in St.Petersburg
19 two-level railway interchanges will be built in St.Petersburg within the strategy of transport-logistics complex development. It was reported by the Chairman of the Committee on transport-transit policy Nikolay Asaul.
He noted that investment projects of Russian Railways do not provide their construction, but the city needs these interchanges. So it was decided to finance a project from the federal budget with grants from city budget.
In particular, it was planned to equip cit transport with GLONASS hardware, to continue dismantling of out-of-use rails and rail crossings (31 rail crossings will be dismantled till the end of the year)
