The second day of the Championship – waiting for the committee decides to start the race

At 09.00 participants, organizers and all the representatives of the race village gathered near the flag, which showed the wind.

At this hour, the wind is not more than 1,5 m / s, but for the start of the race the wind of 2.5 m/sec is necessary.
