&lt;p&gt;The complex represents a mixture  of specialized train cars with exposition displays from project  participants - the &amp;quot;Rosatom&amp;quot; state corporation, JSC &amp;quot;RZHD&amp;quot;, JSC  &amp;quot;Rosnano&amp;quot;, and the &amp;quot;Phillips&amp;quot; company. In the carriages of the train,  one can learn about the history of the development of domestic rail  transport and the modern infrastructure of the railway network in  Russia.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The base of the composition is the compartment cars of the  new generation of production of the Tver Train Car Works. In the cars,  there are models of the modern rolling stock of JSC &amp;quot;RZHD&amp;quot;: electric  passenger locomotives, locomotives, two-story passenger cars, and  others.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the first time, a train set off from the platform of  Rizhskiy Vokzal in Moscow on August 3, 2011. For two and a half months,  the train headed from Moscow to the Sovetskaya Gavan Station in the Far  East and back, making 45 stops in major population centers throughout  Russia.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From January 3 through January 8, 2012, the travelling  exhibition complex will operation at Baltiyskiy Vokzal in St.  Petersburg. During the exercise, a set of counter-terrorism activities related to the localization and suppression of terrorist acts in crowded public places as well as the elimination of the consequences of such actions was worked out.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As a result of the exercise, a conclusion was issued about the effectiveness of interaction of law enforcement structures in the suppression of terrorism.&lt;br /&gt;

The lowering of level of the curbs, that is lowering the level of the sidewalk to the roadway, was organized with the goal to provide unimpeded opportunities of use of pedestrian crossings for disabled persons.&lt;br /&gt;

In 2012, work has been planned for lowering the curbs at 135 addresses of unregulated pedestrian crossings.&lt;br /&gt;
